Two servers being replaced

Due to provider issues, two servers have delinked effective today and are being replaced with new servers going through our test link process now. slushey is replacing apathy.ny.us.synirc.net with powerhouse.tx.us.synirc.net. Tom is replacing wrath.fl.us.synirc.net with bucket.ga.us.synirc.net.
